Migrant Domestic Workers: Global Overview of Trends, Challenges and Organizing

In this workshop representatives from the International Domestic Workers Federation will provide an overview of migration flows of domestic workers around the globe and the key challenges faced today by domestic workers. We will also share successful organizing examples from Asia, Africa, Latin America, Middle East & Europe. Participants will be invited to join a discusion about the prioritizes for a global movement (IDWF) to protect the rights and decent work of migrant domestic workers.
