In this workshop, MISMA and Domesticas Unidas will share our tools for domestic workers to use in job interviews and negotiations. We will talk about how to define and value domestic work with each employer, to develop agreements that meet both the needs of the worker and those of employers. With these tools, domestic workers can demand fair wages and working conditions for each job.
