1 on 1 conversations are one of the best tools we have as organizers to grow our base and develop the leadership of domestic worker members. In this workshop we’ll talk about why it’s so important to prioritize time for 1 on 1 conversations, and the different goals you can accomplish with an effective 1 on 1. We’ll also share best practices and resources for conducting succesful 1 on 1s and have time for participants to practice. This is a great workshop for member leaders and newer organizers who want to get more involved in your organization’s basebuilding work and sharpen your skills!
