The We Rise Nanny Training was developed by NDWA and the Worker Institute at Cornell University. This is a peer led program in collaboration with six New York NDWA affiliates focused on developing domestic worker leadership toward building a more powerful movement. In this workshop, embark on this journey with us and sharpen the tools in your toolbox with experts in the nanny industry. The peer educators will share their experience, skills and professionalism in Socio-Emotional Development, Nutrition, Industry Standards and Professional Development. You will leave feeling more empowered and confident to negotiate the terms of your working agreement. Together We Rise!!!
